The procedure for obtaining a Health Certificate
The procedure for obtaining a Health Certificate (HC) for frozen sliced banana products includes reviewing product conditions, advising on technical and legal requirements, and preparing a complete application dossier in accordance with current regulations.
The enterprise must provide a product description, production process, testing results, product labels, and other relevant production documents.
One completed, the dossier is submitted to the competent authority for assessment and on-site inspection if required.
The processing time is typically 7–10 working days from the date of receiving a valid dossier.
The Health Certificate is an essential requirement for exporting frozen food products.
