At the same time, clear compliance principles must be implemented, including compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, fire prevention and fighting requirements, food hygiene rules, and reporting obligations.

Finally, the management methods must be transparently agreed upon between the investor and the operator, clearly defining the scope of authority, responsibilities, coordination mechanisms, and performance indicators, ensuring that the hotel is managed in a professional and sustainable manner.
