Investors violate commitments

A foreign investor’s failure to fulfil its committed investment obligations constitutes a violation under the Law on Investment, leading to delays in project implementation and non-compliance with registered objectives and conditions.


The licensing authority is entitled to request explanations, conduct inspections, and impose measures such as adjusting the implementation schedule, withdrawing incentives, or terminating the project in cases of prolonged non-compliance.

Failure to make capital contributions, commence construction, or satisfy conditional-business requirements may also give rise to civil liability and compensation obligations toward related contractual partners.
