Under the 2025 Chemical Law, enterprises must carry out procedures to amend their Certificate of Eligibility for Chemical Business when there are changes to the enterprise name, warehouse location, business lines, scale of operation, or the person in charge of chemical safety.

The application dossier includes: an application for amendment, the previously issued certificate, documents proving the changes, and updated fire prevention & fighting documents and chemical safety materials.

The enterprise submits the dossier to the Department of Industry and Trade where the business facility is located. The processing time is approximately 07–10 working days. A new license will be issued to replace the old one.
