A Certificate of Eligibility for Chemical Precursor Trading is valid for a maximum of five years and is not automatically renewed; enterprises must apply for reissuance upon expiry.

During peration, if there are any changes to the enterprise’s name, warehouse or business location, chemical safety officer, or the scale of precursor-related activities, the enterprise must carry out procedures to amend the certificate even if it is still valid.
